The one day PAT Testing Competency course teaches you everything that you need to know to enable you to carry out PAT Testing on your own. Taught by industry professionals you will learn both the theory and practical aspects of PAT Testing. The morning session will cover legislation, and teach you the knowledge behind the practice. After lunch will be spent doing practical exercises using PAT Testers and a variety of appliances provided on the course.
Certification
On completion of this course, you will gain a Certificate of Competence from PASS Ltd – this proves that you’re competent to carry out PAT testing.
Your performance will be assessed by monitoring your practical skills and a 20 question multiple choice test paper.
Length
The course starts at 9am, and finishes at approximately 4pm with a break for lunch which is provided.
