Room Hire

We offer training and conference room facilities for external customers

Based at our premises in Stockton-On-Tees, we can provide everything you need for presentations, meetings and training including your own room, screen and ceiling-mounted projector and refreshments throughout the day.

Charges

•  Training Room (14 seats) = £150.00 + VAT per day or £87.50 (for up to 4 hours)
•  The room can be hired on a daily or a 4 hour basis.

The room may be available outside these times on request, but an additional £50.00 + VAT charge per hour will apply.

Charges Include:

• Refreshments (tea, coffee, fruit juice and biscuits). Additional catering can be supplied to the room – please contact our training team with your requirements.
• Internet access
• Screen and ceiling-mounted projector for presentations
• Whiteboard and pens
• Access to fax and photocopier (please ask our team to assist you)
• Free parking

Booking Process

• Contact our training team on 01642 987 978 to discuss available dates and payment method
• We will then send you our booking form to complete and return
• Please note we cannot accept provisional bookings
