The course is 1 day long from 9am-5pm and takes place at the Derbyshire Electrical Training Centre, based in Clay-Cross.

Pre-requisites

No previous qualifications are required to be eligible for this East Midlands, City and Guilds 2377-20 PAT Testing training course. It is advisable that candidates have some basic PAT Testing knowledge and any previous electrical trainingwould be advantageous.

City and Guilds advise that; It is expected that candidates attempting this qualification should be familiar with electrical systems and hazards of electricity in order to satisfactorily complete the qualification.
