    The Management of In-service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment (PAT Testing Manager). Previously known as 2377-10.

    This C & G PAT Testing course is aimed at anyone with a responsibility to set and control a system in order to maintain electrical equipment (portable appliances). Candidates do not have to be practicing electricians, but should have a basic electrical knowledge and a basic knowledge of PAT Testing principles.

    The Part P course provides electrical training for any individual who undertakes basic electrical work as part of their main trade, for example: plumbers, kitchen fitters, joiners, heating engineers and loft conversion companies. A Part P training certificate must also be held in order to self-certify any work carried out within a domestic property.

    This nationwide PAT Testing training course is open to any person who has the responsibility to safely maintain 'Electrical Equipment and Appliances' or who would like to learn more about Portable Appliance Testing. Previous electrical training is not essential.
