The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 electrical training course Teesside has been designed to give candidates an understanding of the skills and competency required to carry out electrical installation work. Unlike other electrical courses, there is no formal examination. However, all candidates will be closely monitored, to ensure a full understanding of the rules and regulations has been achieved.
Successful candidates will achieve the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 short course certificate and a certificate of attendance from PASS.
Candidates who fail the examination will only receive a certificate of attendance from PASS.
The course is one day long between 9am-5pm and is held at the Stockton on Tees training centre close to Middlesbrough and Darlington.
This Stockton situated electrical training course is based around the BSI (British Standards Institution) IEE Wiring Regulations 17th Edition (BS 7671:2008). The training course is ideal for anyone with commercial or managerial responsibility to ensure the safe use of electricity or electrical equipment in the workplace, such as lighting, emergency lighting installations, fire alarm and extinguishing systems.
